By creating an account and using HUSTLR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
To use HUSTLR, you must create an account using a valid email address and username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all financial and project data you enter into the app. HUSTLR is a tool for personal organization and does not verify your entries.
HUSTLR offers receipt scanning functionality that uses image recognition to extract transaction details. While we strive for accuracy, the extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any scanned information before saving it as a transaction.
HUSTLR allows you to import financial data from CSV spreadsheet files. AI is used to automatically detect and map columns from your spreadsheet. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may misidentify columns, amounts, or transaction types. You are responsible for reviewing imported data after import to ensure accuracy. Imports are limited to 500 rows per file and 5 imports per hour. Imported data cannot be automatically undone — use the Clear All Data option or manually delete individual transactions if corrections are needed.
HUSTLR is a financial organization tool only. The app does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Any decisions you make based on the information in the app are your sole responsibility.
HUSTLR includes an AI-powered business advisor called Marcus. Marcus provides general business insights and suggestions based on your financial data. Marcus is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or legal professional. All advice, predictions, tax estimates, and recommendations provided by Marcus are for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making important financial decisions.
HUSTLR and its developers are not responsible for any financial loss, miscalculations, data entry errors, or decisions made based on information displayed in the app. Use of the app is at your own risk.
HUSTLR requires a paid subscription to access features. Current plans include: Monthly Plan at $9.99/month (includes a 3-day free trial), Annual Plan at $7.99/month billed as $95.88/year, and a Lifetime Plan at a one-time payment of $149.99. Prices are subject to change. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. For the monthly plan, the free trial lasts 3 days and your subscription begins at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings.
HUSTLR may send push notifications to keep you informed about your business progress. By enabling notifications, you agree to receive weekly recaps, milestone celebrations, AI advisor tips, and smart reminders. You may disable notifications at any time through the app Settings or your device settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the app in a manner that could harm our service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from our systems, including projects, transactions, goals, and any other information associated with your account. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account, as account deletion does not automatically cancel external subscriptions.
All branding, design, user interface, features, and content within HUSTLR are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
